So very thankful

This year has been a lesson in trusting God fully with everything I have. And God has shown up time and time again. He has been a faithful provider at home, at work, at the store, in the parking lot, everywhere. What an awesome God we serve!

I've been reading slowly through the Psalms the past few months and came across the following this evening.

Psalm 40: 4-5 (NLT)
⁴ Oh, the joys of those who trust the Lord,
who have no confidence in the proud
or in those who worship idols.
⁵ O Lord my God, you have performed many wonders for us.
Your plans for us are too numerous to list.
You have no equal.
If I tried to recite all your wonderful deeds,
I would never come to the end of them.

Amen and amen!!!

Thanksgiving weekend was a blast. I had a house full of family and enjoyed lots of yummy food. I pretty much cooked from the time I got home from work last Wednesday until around noon on Thursday. I was exhausted but it was all well worth it.
