I ♥ my church family! I don't get to spend as much time with them as I'd like to so when VBS comes around I really look forward to hanging out with them each day.
VBS can be tiring - yes. Downright exhausting at times - yes. But altogether - A BLAST!
The Lord has gifted the CVC congregation in so many ways. And to see His people come together during VBS week and each shine for His glory is down right exciting and amazing to watch.
A few weeks prior to VBS I was feeling a little overwhelmed with all that's going on in my life and the responsibilities I had for VBS and other things. The Lord kept pressing upon me, if one life is changed during VBS, staff or child, then it's all worth it! If one life is brought closer to the Lord, then every bit of time, energy, whatever that has been put into it, it's all worth it. I held on to that hope, that promise, knowing that lives would be changed because He who promised, is faithful.
